Application Checklist

The original application has been signed by the applicant on the application form and CV. 5 annexes need to be included in the application:

• Annex 1: Curriculum vitae - Standard European Format only, other formats will not be accepted (format available at: http://www.cedefop.eu.int/transparency/cv.asp).
• Annex 2: All academic degrees or professional diplomas and academic transcripts. All documents have to be certified or notarized. Simple photocopies will NOT be accepted.
• Annex 3: TOEFL or IELTS results (minimum requirement: TOEFL 550/213/79-80; IELTS 6.0) or, for those who teach in an Anglophone country, an official letter stating that your university courses are done in English or French for french speaking applicants (for the purpose of contributing to the joint programme within the Université Victor Segalen Bordeaux2) or Spanish for Spanish speaking applicants (for the purpose of contributing to the joint programme within the Instituto Nacional de Salud Pùblica, Mexico) or Thai for Thai speaking applicants (for the purpose of contributing to the joint programme within the Khon Kaen University, Thailand).
• Annex 4: 2 passport-sized photographs with the name on the backside.
• Annex 5: A copy of your passport showing date & place of issue, expiration date and personal details.

Application documents should be numbered, but NOT stapled.
