European Master of Science in International Health Programme

The minimum admission criteria for the tropEd EMMC are:

Category A:

  • Bachelors degree with honours;
  • 2 years relevant professional experience;
  • 2 persons recommendation letters minimum;
  • Internationally recognised English proficiency certificate equivalent to TOEFL score of 550/213/79-80 or IELTS score 6.0. (Reference CEEC - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). No other test will be accepted. To applicants who have awarded their degree attending courses taught in English, the Consortium might recommend them to improve language skill.

Category B:

  • Bachelors degree with honours (240ECTS / 4 years) or equivalent;
  • 1 year relevant professional experience;
  • 2 persons recommendation letters minimum;
  • Internationally recognised English proficiency certificate equivalent to TOEFL score of 550/213/79-80 or IELTS score 6.0. (Reference CEEC - Common European Framework of Reference for Languages). No other test will be accepted.

The joint Common selection criteria for students are:

  • Excellent first degree with outstanding grades and/or other study results;
  • Strongly convincing letter/statement of motivation/statement of intent, including a career plan;
  • Excellent recommendations by one academic and one professional referee;
